From When?
After getting sick from a Rage of Sparta!Fail, his father takes him to Freya for help. This is shortly before finding out he's a God and that the reason he got sick is because what he believes about himself is at war with what he really is. He'll be coming in shortly after Freya's magic breaks his fever.

Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Atreus is a curious and sensitive child. He's friendly, wants to help, loves the idea of meeting more people because it was always just him and his parents around. So the fact that there are other people here that he hasn't met yet will be intriguing to him and he'll want to venture out to meet them, if a bit hesitantly because occasionally, strangers have tried to kill him. (We're looking at you, Baldur).
How do you plan to expand their CR?
As stated above, he's a curious and friendly child. He'll want to meet people. He'll want to get to know the other kids at school (as soon as someone tells him what school is). He'll want to learn about other peoples worlds and wonder if they can be traveled to on the Bifrost. He'll want to learn more about New Dodge, too, so expect questions. Loads of questions.
What will your character do for work?
Atreus has the ability to understand animals, whether it be a telepathic link or an empathic one. He learned the name of the turtle Freya lived under, and understood that Sindri's pet was afraid of something in the woods while the people around him marveled at how easily this occurred. For this reason, Atreus will work out just fine as a stable-hand. He's a strong, eager to please child, with a compassionate heart and gentle nature, so this will work best for him.

His bow, currently imbued with Lightning from a dead dragon and the Light of Alfheim, thus giving it the ability to create hardlight bridges provided there's a Light Imbued Crystal nearby.

[ The face on the screen looks very unsure. It's young, it's dirty and scarred. Yes, those are tattoos up the sides of his neck. There are more on his hands, but those are busy twisting the TC this way and that. A brief view of a quiver full of arrows strapped to his back, a close up of a very blue and very confused eye. A quick glimpse of Old Norse Runes on his skin. He's trying to figure the TC out, and failing.
Based on how old his clothes are? He probably has never seen anything like this. In fact, even though people at C&P helped him understand how it worked, he still has his doubts. So while he's not even sure if it's recording, he's going to speak anyway. ]

Red tattoo going from his chin, up over his head, down his back and neck and around his chest. His name is Kratos. He probably won't like you on sight, but if you can just tell him his son is looking for him and feeling just fine? I'd like to continue on our journey to take Mother's ashes to the highest mountain back home. This is what she wanted. I don't like the idea of not fulfilling her final wish.
[ Oh...uh...well, then. Another sigh, another twist and turn of the TC and then he switches it off, the last shot of the boy the old bow strapped over his shoulder. ]
